By using Strobe, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.

Service Description

Strobe is a browser extension that provides AI assistance on any webpage. Free users have limited daily requests; paid users have unlimited access.

Account & Access

• You must sign in with a Google account to use the service
• Free accounts have a daily request limit
• Paid subscriptions provide unlimited requests
• Subscriptions are non-refundable except at our discretion

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or abuse the system
• Reverse engineer or exploit the extension
• Use the service to harm or infringe on others' rights
• Share your account credentials with others

Limitations

• AI responses are generated and may not always be accurate
• The service may be unavailable during maintenance or due to technical issues
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features

Intellectual Property

Strobe and its original content are owned by MrViolets. You retain ownership of any content you create using the service.

Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Gumroad
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice to existing subscribers

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the extension.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
